ABSTRACT

Primary adrenal insufficiency or Addison’s disease, which is more frequent in women, is caused by bilateral adrenocortical destruction. Common clinic features of Addison’s disease are; weakness, loss of appetite, weight loss, nousea, vomiting and hyperpigmentation. Hypoglycemia as a sole presenta-tion of primary adrenal insufficiency is rare and more common in secondary adrenal insufficiency and childhood. Hereby we report a case with chronic renal failure, symptoms of hypoglycemia and was diagnosed as Addison’s disease
