ABSTRACT
Although lipomas are the second most frequent benign tumors of the gast-rointestinal tract, the development of multiple lipomas in the stomach, du-odenum, jejunum, ileum, and colon is extremely rare. Pancreatic lipomas are rare benign lesions. We present a patient who had multiple lipomas in various localizations in the gastrointestinal system and two concomitant intrapancreatic lipomas. Multidetector computed tomography depicted li-pomas as homogeneous, nonenhancing, well-marginated lesions with a density compatible with that of adipose tissue.
