ABSTRACT
Lipoma arborescens of the shoulder joint, particularly the biceps groove, is rarely reported. It is characterized by villous lipomatous proliferation of the synovial tissue. It usually involves the knee joint and can be successfully di-agnosed based on characteristic MR imaging findings. This paper presents a case of lipoma arborescens of the humerus biceps groove with the findings of MR imaging.
