ABSTRACT
AA 35-year-old female had a 3 x 3.5 cm sized left lower lobe mass lesion in which malignancy had not been excluded. The mass lesion was resected under left posterolateral thoracotomy. The histopathologic diagnosis was solitary fib-rous tumor. Here we report an unusual case that could not be diagnosed by fine needle biopsy and surgical resection provided the diagnosis and cure.
