ABSTRACT
ABSTRACTDyke-Davidoff-Masson Syndrome is a condition characterized by seizures, facial asymmetry, contralateral hemiplegia or hemiparesis and mental retardation. Radiological features are typical, such as unilateral loss of cerebral volume and associated compensatory bone alterations in the calvarium,ventricular asimmetry, skull vault thickening, hyperpneumatization of the frontal sinuse and mastoid cells.
