ABSTRACT
Idiopathic left fascicular ventricular tachycardia (VT) is an important cardiac arrhythmia characterized by right bundle branch block and left axis deviation. In this case report we present a 12-year-old male with a left fascicular ventricular tachycardia who presented to our clinic due to palpitations and had no structural heart disease. We aimed to discuss this entity in order to draw attention to the fascicular ventricular tachycardia, one of the narrow QRS tachycardias, which is often difficult to diagnose and manage.
