ABSTRACT

Cardiovascular diseases are the most common causes of death in the world and in our country. Heart transplantation maintains its importance in terminal heart failure. A 32-year-old woman who underwent a heart transplant 14 years ago, presented with complaints of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. As a result of colonoscopy, "Graft Versus Host Disease" (GVHH) was detected in the gastrointestinal tract and a successful medical treatment was performed.
