ABSTRACT

Inguinoscrotal urinary bladder herniation is an uncommon clinical entity. Bladder herniation may lead to diagnostic errors during scintigraphic imaging. In this case report, the urinary activity mimicking metastases and leading obstacles against the evaluation of superposed bony structures on planar images was proven by SPECT/CT imaging to be due to inguinal bladder herniation
